What Age Do You Act?

Know i've blogged a lot about my dislike of the whole christmas-new year-birthday season, but i managed to get through it all relatively unscathed.
Have to confess to having a little meltdown the day before my birthday because i was feeling particularly useless, but that was it.
And i am now one year older & wiser. Well, relatively, anyway.

Spent my actual birthday trapped in a training centre at the top of a big hill, but the training centre staff surprised me with a special dessert complete with candles and everything. Lovely lovely people! It's the same training centre that celebrated halloween last year....

Then last Saturday, had the usual birthday celebrations at Blue Corn.
Ended up in karaoke, and sang random songs (note to self: it IS possible to sing Cure songs; but don't try No Doubt again). Got the German to sing 99 Red Balloons IN GERMAN. That was interesting...then i proceeded to spill beer all over the place; not the most sophisticated of things to do...

But, hey, sophistication is over-rated.
And as you can see from above, i may be in my 30s, but inside i am actually 27 (which would make pretty much the same age as The German....)
Don't actually know if that's a good thing though - does that mean i am immature? Or just filled with a youthful zest for life.
