Consumptive Diaries Part 29 - Not Much Longer Now!!

Went for my monthly hospital check - except that it's been nearly 2 months since my last visit.
Was a tad nervous about my liver results after the battering i gave it over the holidays, but my liver is a tough little bugger.
And the results are good. The numbers are tad up, but only 1 or 2 points. The doctor's not worried, so neither am i - especially considering i had food poisoning last week.
Word to the not-so-wise - NEVER EVER eat oysters. They are evil and a creation of the devil. Add a 'D' (for 'dangerous') to oyster, mix it up and what do you get? DESTROY!!!!!!!!! And that's what the little bugger did. Still haven't fully got my appetite back yet.

Anyway, let me get back to the exciting topic of TB, before i launch into a rant about various seafood that i have known, loved & spewed over.

My next hospital appointment will be 17th February. This will be my last.
The doctor gave me 35 days worth of meds (which takes me till 24th February). These will be my last.
The thought of this fills me with joy. The light at the end of the tunnel is finally here & it's shining very VERY brightly.

So, what shall i do to celebrate the killing of a disease? I think a ceremony or celebration of some kind is definitely in order. Any suggestions anyone?
